WPUSD has increased student achievement for the last four years. This is due, in part, to the collective
development of district-wide non-negotiables. The administrative team’s accountability to these non-negotiables has become a four-year journey of continual improvement. This journey has included
trainings in group development, data-driven decision-making, identifying “best instruction,” and understanding quality instructional programs. Site administrators are the engines that drive school improvement. Put your energy into their development, and the rest will follow.
